Nestled in the centre of St. Davids is the Vacation Club.  Built by the present owners in 1977, initially for rental, but later upgraded to timeshare standard in 1984, St Davids Vacation Club became the first timeshare resort in Wales.  It was completely sold out by 1987.  Holders of RCI Silver Crown Resorts.

Staff management have been in place since 1984.

As timeshare owners we are members of RCI a timeshare international exchange organisation.  As a result of our consistently high ratings from timeshare exchange members we are proud to advertise that we are holders of RCI SILVER CROWN AWARD.

The Vacation Club manages the resort on behalf of the individual timeshare owners, collects the maintenance fees and looks after the property and the well being of its members.
