Here at The St Davids Vacation club we offer a holiday ownership in St Davids Wales scheme allowing you to have part ownership in beautiful apartments that allow you to take holidays in this wonderful area of the country and your costs will be lower than you would expect to pay for a room in a hotel of the same standard.

Our holiday ownership properties are situated in the beautiful city of St Davids, originally built to be used as rental properties. But since then we have upgraded the properties to timeshare standard. The St Davids Vacation Club was the first of its kind in Wales and has always set and maintained high standards for its clients. We are holders of RCI Silver Crown Resorts.

As part of the holiday ownership scheme that we offer all properties are managed by our team on behalf of the individual owners; collecting maintenance fees, looking after the properties and ensuring their members needs are always catered for. All work on the gardens and upkeep of the resort is undertaken by our professional staff members.
